Bill is the President and Managing Partner of The MBMI Companies. Prior to founding MultiBrand Media International, LLC in 2010, he served for eight years as Corporate Vice President of Programming and Audience Measurement for Entercom Communications (now Audacy) and eleven years in the same capacity at CBS Radio. At CBS, his responsibilities included directing content creation, talent management, consumer research, and marketing for award-winning radio stations across the United States. Bill’s career spans six countries and more than four decades and included managerial roles at Westinghouse Broadcasting, where he was awarded the Chairman’s Award for Customer Service, Paxson Communications/Ion/Home Shopping Network, and Evergreen Media (now iHeart Media). Pasha is a co-author of a 2002 white paper study, “Radio’s Role in a National Crisis” for Arbitron (now Nielsen, where he served on the Radio Advisory Council for over a decade. While at CBS Radio, Pasha was named one of America’s top three radio program directors by Radio Ink Magazine. Bill and his family reside in Frisco, Texas, where he has engaged with their community on the Steering Committee of the Frisco Economic Development Corporation, as Communications Chair of the Chamber of Commerce, and as a business leader mentor to high school students. Bill is recognized as a global consumer behavior and media expert and has keynoted prestigious industry and governmental gatherings in the United States, Canada, UK, Russia, Turkey, and Spain.
Debbie is the Executive Vice President and a general partner at The MBMI Companies, LLC and directs Maximized Brand Marketing International, LLC’s major relationships and projects for the firm’s key restaurant and virtual management clients. Mrs. Pasha’s is a relationship broker, building partnerships between clients and investors, guests, media outlets, and key community figures and influencers. She acts as a local owner/representative for restaurants under construction and assists the MBMI Public Relations team. Additionally, Debbie manages Maximized Brand Marketing’s virtual business support team that specializes in keeping top-level executives on point, on time, and life/work balanced. Before joining MBMI in 2010, Debbie served in multiple senior corporate marketing roles for nationally acclaimed architectural, engineering, environmental, and materials testing companies. She was part of the marketing team that launched the acclaimed Crescent Hotel and mixed-use development in Dallas, Texas. Mrs. Pasha is a recognized volunteer on behalf of state education issues, and she has co-chaired two school bond issues in Frisco, TX that raised nearly $2 Billion USD. Debbie serves community and arts councils and maintains close ties with municipal leaders in key markets we serve. Mrs. Pasha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College.
During forty years as a highly successful and respected intra/entrepreneur in Radio, Media, and Professional Sports businesses, David set industry standards for innovation, research, and sales successes, while developing some of America’s finest managers. Mr. Pearlman is the former Co-Chief Operating Officer of CBS Radio and Co-founder of American Radio Systems, a publicly traded 96-station group that was sold to CBS for a then-record enterprise price of $2.4 Billion USD. He previously spent fourteen years delivering record results for Westinghouse Broadcasting. Pearlman is a past Chairperson of the Arbitron (now Nielsen) Radio Advisory Council and Vice-Chairman of the Radio Advertising Bureau. Today, David serves MBMI as its Senior Advisor and Consultant for domestic and foreign business operations, finance, sales development, and the North American sales of entertainment and lifestyle-oriented editorial and digital image products of our UK partner, COVERmedia. He frequently functions as an expert witness in legal disputes on behalf of our clients. David is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College and earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Boston University School of Management.
Mary Jo MacLaughlin is a Business Management Specialist who supports the fulfillment of strategic planning initiatives, quality management projects, and process design and improvement objectives for MBMI clients. Prior to joining MBMI in 2014, Mary Jo held senior management positions for healthcare companies, universities, and nationally recognized business consulting companies, where she provided services to state and municipal government agencies, hospitals, and not-for-profit organizations throughout the United States and Canada for more than three decades. Mrs. MacLaughlin also served as a professor at a Southwest Florida university where her course offerings included Strategic Planning and Quality Management. Mary Jo is a graduate of Western Michigan University and holds a Master’s Degree from St. Josephs College.
Robert holds the dual roles of acting as the European Authorized Agent and Consultant for MultiBrand Media International and Maximized Brand Marketing International. He oversees operations based in Vienna, Austria and represents every service offered throughout Europe by The MBMI Companies. Mr. Deduš is a new style communicator who founded Slovenia’s Medija Servis, a continental media consulting, research, and marketing provider, which has been operated and marketed by MultiBrand Media since 2012. Later, Robert expanded his reach into hospitality and logistics software. He speaks eleven languages and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Srednja zdravstvena sola Maribor. He currently is pursuing Doctorates in Theology and Philosophy at Ljubljani University.
Russ is a Certified Spirit Specialist and America’s foremost expert in the field of alcoholic beverages. He has been deemed “America’s Most Spirited Speaker” and has established himself as one of the nation’s premier spirits and wine educators. Mr. Kempton called upon over 35 years of experience in the alcoholic beverage business to found Speaking of Grapes and Grain, a beverage education company that has presented over 800 “Journey” events for the corporate, public, and private sectors, at hotels, restaurants, and private functions around the world. Russ consults MBMI restaurant and hospitality clients, alcoholic beverage producers, beverage distributors, and retailers, to maximize brand recognition, sales impact, and product/retail co-branding. Russ graduated from the University of Texas.
Steve is one of America’s leading producers of audio content for radio, podcasts, television, and corporate presentations. His CV includes stints covering the White House for ABC Network News, as Director of Production, Imaging, and Sports for CBS Radio in Baltimore, and as an audio imaging and commercial production director for broadcast facilities across the United States. Mr. Drepperd brings more than four decades of industry experience and technical knowledge to the MBMI clients he serves. Steve has served as the voice of numerous recognizable local, regional, and national advertising campaigns, the Baltimore Ravens, Baltimore Orioles, University of Maryland Football and Basketball, and other NCAA sports programs.
Lawrence Jenkins is a nationally recognized freelance photographer who specializes in commercial food imagery, chronicling special events, and shooting portrait photography. His work has been viewed in the Washington Post, Dallas Morning News, and American Way, the in-flight magazine of American Airlines. Mr. Jenkins provides MBMI clients with high-resolution photographic services for publicity, social media, and other institutional uses.
